Android gestures - go back, app overview to switch between apps

Hi, I have turned off bottom navigation bar with buttons on my Android phone. Instead of button bar, I have gestures turned on. What gestures should I use to go back and to show app overview, so I can switch between applications ?

When using a gestures on Android:

• Go Back - you have to swipe from the left or right edge of the screen.
• Show app overview to see all open applications - swipe up from the bottom, hold and then let go.
• Switch between applications - at the bottom of the screen, swipe from left to right.
