Yes, Ibiza is an expensive holiday destination, because it is popular worldwide, not just in the Europe.

But there are ways how to make holiday in Ibiza not so expensive. So the total costs can be similar to average beach holiday in Europe.

Hotels - To get a good price, you have to book accommodation in advance and in many cases also pay in advance. You need to make your booking in April or even earlier to get the best prices. Cheap hotels in Ibiza Town can cost you around 100 USD - 150 USD per night.

Restaurants - To pay less for lunch or dinner, you can choose half-board or full-board plan in your hotel. Dining at hotel is generally cheaper than dining in many restaurants.

Clubs - Entrance fees to the top clubs can be quite expensive when paying at the door. But instead of buying the ticket at the club, you can buy it online in advance, often for a better price. Going to a mid-range clubs is generally not so expensive.

Drinks - The price depends on where you buy a drink. At the top clubs and at the beach bars, the price of drinks can be really high. At the mid-range bars, the price of drinks is a bit higher, but not too high.

In Ibiza there are also Airbnbs and hostels, but I would not say they are cheap. You can get better price if you book them in advance.

The journey from San Antonio to Ibiza Town takes around 30 minutes by bus.

Restaurants - Many restaurants have average or slightly over average prices for food. At some places, you can buy Seafood Paella for less than 20 Eur. At many places it costs around 20 Eur - 28 Eur. I would say that Breakfast places and Cafés have higher prices, but not too high.

Drinks - Yes, drinks are generally more expensive. In restaurants you can buy a cocktail for 10 Eur - 15 Eur. At bars and mid-range clubs, the prices can be higher. At top clubs, the prices are around 25 Eur - 30 Eur. But some clubs offer a "drink package", that can save you money. For example, there is the drink package "5 drinks for 100 Eur". In some cases, club tickets may include 2 or more free drinks.

Clubs - Price range for mid-range club tickets is around 30 Eur - 60 Eur. Basic tickets to top clubs cost around 60 Eur - 170 Eur. The price depends on line-up and is usually higher in case of Friday, Saturday, Sunday events. VIP tickets are really expensive. They can cost hundreds of Euros.
