Can't sign in with password to hotmail / outlook email account.

I can't sign in with password to my hotmail (web outlook) email account. I am getting the following error:
Please retry with a different device, use a VPN, or other authentication method to sign in.

Am I the only one having this problem ? How can I fix this problem ?

From my experience this problem was automatically resolved in a few days.

But during those few days I needed to access my email account. I used different device (phone) to sign in. I was also connected to different network.

This problem occurs sometimes. It is quite annoying.

Try to solve the problem by connecting from different IP address / different network. You can go to shopping centre, where mutliple WiFi networks should be available.
