Difference between Continuous and Progressive tenses

What is the difference between Continuous and Progressive tenses in English language grammar ? For example in case of present continuous tense and present progressive continuous tense. Is it the same ?

There is no difference between them.

In English grammar, they are related to the same tense.

For example: past future perfect continuous tense is the same as past future perfect progressive tense.
