Euro cents rounding - how to round to the nearest 5 cent coin ?

How should be Euro cents rounded when paying in cash in EU countries ? How to round the total amount when I have to pay 1, 2, 3 cents etc ?

The rounding of cash payments is becoming mandatory. It should be the following:

If total amount ends in 1 or 2 cents, it is rounded down. For example: 14,11 Eur will be rounded to 14,10 Eur.

If total amount ends in 3, 4, 6 or 7 cents, it is rounded to 5 cents. For example: 14,16 Eur will be rounded to 14,15 Eur.

If total amount ends in 8 or 9 cents, it is rounded up. For example: 14,18 Eur will be rounded to 14,20 Eur.
