FED lowering interest rates. Negative impact on Bitcoin / Crypto ?

Why does the lowering of interest rates by FED negatively impact Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies' price ?

The predictions were that the lowering of FED interest rate should have a negative impact on Bitcoin price. But afer the FED lowered the interest rate, the Bitcoin price went up.

There are multiple factors that has impact on Bitcoin price. It is not only about FED interest rate.
