How to simply create own website for free ?

Is there an online service available, that allows to easy and free creation of own website ? I have no programming skills and no experience with web server administration.

There are couple of online platforms, that allow free creation of own website, without programming skills. Probably the most popular are:

• Wordress.com
• Weebly.com
• Wix.com

These platforms can be used to create a website for free of charge, in user friendly online editor. The website will be available on free subdomain, for example mywebsite.wordpress.com. Some platforms like Wordpress.com, may place ads into website content.

Is it possible to link those platforms with standard domain ? For example mywebsite.com ? The subdomain doesn't look very good.

These or similar platforms usually offer an option to use the second level domain. But if you want to own the standard second level domain, you have to pay for it / buy it.
