Is faster to copy files from USB to USB or copy files to PC first?

Hi,
Is faster to copy files from USB stick to USB stick or copy files from USB stick to internal storage to PC and then to USB stick ?

Copying files directly from one USB stick to the second USB stick is generally quite slow.

Much faster way is copy files from USB stick to your PC internal storage and then copy files to the second USB stick.
