All types of bulbs are sensitive mainly to voltage increases. Depending on brand, some bulbs can resist ocassional minor voltage increase.

LED bulbs are not highly sensitive to often turning on and off. Some LED bulb manufacturers even say, that LEDs are semiconductors and their life span is not affected by the number of times they are turned on and off.

Incandescent bulbs or CFLs are more sensitive to often turning on and off.
