Move excel chart horizontal axis to bottom - below negative values

How can I move horizontal axis to the bottom in Excel chart, when there are negative values ? What should I do to move an axis below the negative values in chart ?

To move horizontal axis to the bottom of Excel chart, you have change the format of axis. For example, when your chart looks like this:




Click on horizontal axis with right mouse button to display the menu and choose Format Axis:



Then in Labels section, change Label Position to Low:



After the change of label position, the chart should look like:
