Power off android phone to clear cache memory automatically ?

Hi, does the cache on android smartphone get cleared automatically when I power off the phone and then I turn it on ?

Turning off the android phone will not clear system cache. To clear the cache you have to power off the phone, then boot it into Recovey mode, choose option Wipe cache partition and after it select Reboot system now. You can enter to recovery mode by turning on the phone with holding Power button + Home button + Volume Up button.
