Turn off sending read receipt when email is opened in Outlook
Is it possible to turn off the sending of read receipt when I open a received email in Outlook ?
It is possible to set how to deal with received emails, that inculde a read receipt request. If preferred, you can prevent the sending of read receipt by changing the settings.
To disable the sending of read receipt when received email is read, you have to click on File > Options > Mail and choose Never send a read receipt in For any message received section that includes a read receipt request section:
