Unable to install plugins - wordpress free plan account

How can I install plugins on Wordpress free account ? It seems I am not able to it.

You can't install plugins on Wordpress when you have a free plan account. When you click on the specific plugin, the Install button is disabled and below there is a notification written, that you have to "Upgrade to the Business plan to install plugins":
