How do I know what stock should I invest in?
What are important stock numbers, metrics and ratios?
How do I know stock price is undervalued?
The stock price is important, but it won't tell you much. You can only compare the stock price within the same company.
The stock price that was considered high yesterday, can be considered to be low tomorrow. It also works vice versa.
Don't compare stock price across companies. For example, the price of Adobe stock is 250 USD and the price of Nvidia stock is 220 USD. But it does't mean that Adobe is better company than Nvidia.
Focus more on comparing market capitalizations.
