Disable using HEIC format for images taken by iPhone camera

Hi, can I turn off using of HEIC format for photos taken by iPhone camera ? If yes, how can I disable it and change the image format to JPG ?

HEIC is used as a default format for taken photos on iPhones since iOS 11. But if you prefer to save taken photos in JPG, you can change it in the settings.

You have to go to Settings > Camera > Formats and select Most Compatible. This will change the camera’s capture setting from HEIC to JPG.
