There are two definitions for Inner London. The first is statutory and the second is statistical. They are similar, but you can find differences between them. Not all the boroughs that are included in statistical definition are included in statutory definition. For example Haringey and Newham are the parts of Inner London according to a statistical definition, but not according to a statutory definition. The difference is also in case of Greenwich borough.

According to a statutory definition of Inner London:

Holloway is an area in Islington, located in Inner London.
Highbury is an area in Islington, located in Inner London.
Tottenham is an area in Haringey, located in Outer London.
Acton is an area concentrated mostly in Ealing, located in Outer London.
Stratford is an area in Newham, located in Outer London.

According to a statistical definition of Inner London:

Holloway is an area in Islington, located in Inner London.
Highbury is an area in Islington, located in Inner London.
Tottenham is an area in Haringey, located in Inner London.
Acton is an area concentrated mostly in Ealing, located in Outer London.
Stratford is an area in Newham, located in Inner London.
