Hyperliquid offers perpetual futures and decentralized exchange. But it operates without traditional KYC and AML identity checks.

In the US, the platform is not legally banned. But it geoblocks users with US IP addresses, because of the strict US laws.

In the UK, Hyperliquid is lacking regulatory approval from Financial Conduct Authority.

Hyperliquid needs to comply with US law to offer perpetual futures and provide decentralized exchange serivces. But at the moment, they don't comply with it.
