Zoom in / zoom out using keyboard and mouse in Chrome and Edge

How can I zoom in or zoom out the page in Chrome and Edge web browser by using keyboard and mouse ? Sometimes I accidentally zoom the page when using keyboard and mouse together and I would like to avoid this.

Usually you can zoom in or zoom out the web page when you are holding Ctrl + Scrolling up or down with mouse wheel.

This "shortcut" works also in many other applications like Microsoft Office, Windows Paint etc.
