Hi, what is the difference between phone cameras with digital and optical image stabilization ? Which one of them is better ?

Both digital and optical image stabilization are techniques, that are used to reduce blurring associated with the motion of a camera.

Digital image stabilization - reduces blur by using of software to make photos or videos sharper.

Optical image stabilization - reduces blur by a physical movement of camera elements.

In comparison, optical image stabilization is often more effective than digital image stabilization, so it can be labeled as better.
