ISO file format is an archive, used for creating of disc images (identical copy of data). So you have to get it on USB by using a right method, because when you only straigth copy the ISO file to USB, the bootable USB drive will not work.

There are many softwares available for creation of bootable USB from ISO file. For example you can try WinUSB Maker that is free and simple to use. It will probably delete all the files on USB before it will start the processing of ISO file, so you have to copy them on other device before creation of bootable USB. The software also allows you to choose if you want to use NTFS of FAT32.
