How to save file as CSV or PDF online using web Excel ?

How can I save created / opened file in free web Excel as CSV or PDF ? Even when I open a CSV file, I see only an option to save it as XLSX.

Please note that online Excel is a free product with limited functionalities.

To save the file as PDF:
1. Click on File
2. Then click on Export
3. Choose Download as PDF

I can't see an option allowing to save the file as CSV. But you can download XLSX and convert it to CSV, using some online convertor (if file doesn't contain sensitive data).

You can "convert" excel file to CSV in Google sheets. It is a safer way to convert the document than using a regular online converters.

Open your excel file in Google sheets and then click on:
File > Download > Comma Separated Values (.csv)
